Great affordable hotel located in a very interesting area just next door to center, and Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. Interesting building and rooms with a really comfortable bed. Favourable and fantastic location for our visit to Asian Art Museum just a short stroll away from the venue.

The staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Location: the hotel was so close to the Orpheus theatre and CVS and a coffee shop nearby and a range of other SF areas. The breakfast was hearty as expected with a croissant and coffee/tea, as example. The experience was wonderful, would have stayed for longer.

The location here is great, just 2 miles from Mission Dolores Park, with beautifully decorated rooms that are well-furnished and clean bathrooms.

The staff here knew their stuff and provided excellent service, and our room was stylish and included a spotless bathroom.

This place is super close to the Federal Building, which is awesome for getting around. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The staff know their stuff and made check-in a breeze. Plus, they let us check out late! 🌟

Convenient location, near Market Street. Unique, clean rooms with character. Friendly and helpful staff. Access to sister hotel's pool, bar, and restaurant. a pleasant stay.

Nice design and creative furnishing (original typewriter in the desk of the rrom :-) ). Friendly staff, and arrangement with Best Western Americania opposite the street to use their gym facility.

There is free Wifi, but it barely works. I have stayed at the sister hotel across the street (Best Western Americania) and they use the same WiFi access. It was very poor as well. This is really unfortunate, because I am re-considering these two hotels for my next visit as I need a decent WiFi access for my work.

Great location right in the heart of the city, super close to the Moscone center. Our room was spacious and had a cool decor with a mix of styles. Plus, we had Wifi to stay connected, a big window letting in lots of light, and just an overall cozy vibe. 🌟

The breakfast was hearty and great. The service was helpful. Welcoming staff, great stay. Very central location, not too far from San Francisco City Hall. Next to all the downtown locations, a nearby coffee shop and nice tourist areas.

This place is located right in the heart of the shopping center, and they provide excellent service and delicious food.

The location is easy to get to despite street work, and there are some great restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and clean, with friendly staff providing excellent service. Plus, the hotel is a convenient base for travel across the Bay Area.

The parking is overpriced.

Nice room, spacious and comfortable, original design. Very friendly receptionnist, providing helpful information for visiting the city. Good value for money for the room itself.

Expensive cost of parking on site - twice the price of the public parkings situated in the area. Poor quality of internet. Very limited choice for breakfast and no dedicated breakfast room. Not the best neighborhood with homeless people wandering around day and night.
